Based on past production line experience, Shuochen has decided to start from the equipment structure itself and identify areas that can be refined to further improve equipment performance and meet customer needs.

Realize production line automation: Introduce advanced intelligent control systems. When customers use the control system for the first time, they can set values such as material weight, mixer operating speed, mixer operating time, mechanical temperature, etc., and set them in one go for cyclic operation to meet the needs of automated production.

Improving production efficiency: Through simulation software, the motor speed is repeatedly modified, the blade of the mixing blade is refined, achieving less accumulation and low consumables. In the hot mixer, fast heating and uniform heating are achieved, and in the cold mixer, fast cooling is achieved. Each link is adjusted to achieve the goal of improving production efficiency.

Complete process connectivity: Shuochen's sales manager visited the site to survey the terrain, consulted with spatial designers, and combined with the direction of equipment pipelines to successfully lay out a smooth pipeline conveyor line, ensuring that every production process proceeded in an orderly manner.
